BUILT FROM INSIDE THE GRAPPLING COMMUNITY.
From stepping onto the mats for the first time in May 2025 to earning a blue belt just nine months later, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu quickly became far more than a sport—it became a lifestyle.
The relentless grind, endless rounds, and constant test of discipline revealed a common struggle every grappler faces: staying properly hydrated to survive the toughest training sessions. Traditional sports drinks were packed with sugar, and generic hydration powders lacked the heavy-duty electrolyte balance needed for combat sports.
That gap on the mats birthed GRIP Hydration. Built from deep within the grappling community, GRIP wasn’t created by an outside supplement company guessing what fighters need; it was engineered by grapplers, for grapplers. Inspired by the BJJ belt progression system, each stick pack represents the dedication, resilience, and drive required to level up both on and off the mats.
